At some point our lives most of us will feel shy and apprehensive about engaging with others. We often worry that people will judge us or see us negatively and this can sometimes lead to anxiety and even avoidance of certain situations, including social ones. Interaction is a vital part of our everyday lives and is essential for growth and enjoyment.
Coming out of your shell is a personal development workshop aimed to help you to understand your fears and anxieties and to explore ways in which you can reduce anxiety and increase your confidence in your ability to interact with others.
