Most of us have experienced trouble sleeping at one time or another. This is normal and usually temporary but still often distressing and can lead to us feeling tired, irritable, overwhelmed and lacking in drive and motivation.
Sounder Sleep is a workshop aimed to help you to understand the possible causes of your sleeplessness and to explore ways in which you can address any contributing factors and find ways of relaxing which will help you to feel more comfortable and pleasantly tired when bedtime approaches.
