You said you wanted weekend appointments for workers to get to routine appointments. We listened and we have introduced monthly clinics on a Saturday morning for cervical screening and health checks.
You said you struggled with the appointments for postnatal check ups and 8 week check for babies. We listened and have introduced a one stop shop for mum and baby where mum can have postnatal check up and baby can have 8 week check at the same clinic time.
You told us our recorded phone message is too long. We looked at this and are in the process of making it shorter.
You wanted more booked appointment availability. We review demand on a weekly basis and where possible increase the number of booked appointments by reducing the number of same day access appointments.
You wanted continuity of care – we encourage all doctors, nurses and patient to book planned reviews in advance to support continuity of care.
